Product Update — February 2026

February brought a redesigned interface, tools to manage your team, and richer detail on every result.

1. A fresh new look and navigation​

  • Redesigned interface. We rolled out a new application shell and sidebar navigation for a cleaner, more consistent experience across the portal.

2. Invite and manage your team​

  • Organisation member management. Invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage who has access — with a role hierarchy so permissions stay sensible.

3. More informative results​

  • Sample type. Results now show the sample type for each biomarker (for example, serum or whole blood).
  • Fasting status. Where known, results indicate whether the sample was collected fasting.
  • Optimal ranges at a glance. The results page can automatically show optimal ranges alongside standard reference ranges.
  • Fuller patient details on referrals. Referrals now carry the complete patient record (name, contact, date of birth, gender and address).

Building an integration? February added the person object and biomarker sampleType to API responses, plus webhook de-duplication and an event UUID for idempotency. See the API changelog and Webhooks.
