Product Update — April 2026

April focused on results you can share and orders you can adjust after the fact.

1. Download and share your result PDFs​

  • Result PDFs. Every result now has a downloadable PDF, so you can save it or share it with a practitioner.

2. Understand female-hormone results in context​

  • Cycle-phase ranges. Female sex-hormone results (oestradiol, FSH, LH, progesterone) now show the reference range for each phase of the cycle, rather than a single one-size-fits-all range.

What this means for you​

Hormone results are far easier to interpret when the range shown matches the relevant stage of the cycle.

3. Edit an order after you've created it​

  • Update referral details. You can now correct a patient's details on an existing referral, and we regenerate the referral PDF automatically — no need to cancel and start again.

4. Bring in results without an original referral​

  • Standalone results. The platform can now store results that didn't originate from a referral placed with us — the groundwork for the Bring Your Own results feature that launched in June.

Building an integration? April added a PATCH /v1/referrals/{uuid} endpoint, productId/productName fields, and a staging-only endpoint to simulate results end-to-end. See the API changelog.
