Product Update — July 2026

A few focused improvements this month — quicker access to your imported results, a cleaner buying journey, and polish on Medicare ordering.

1. Get to your imported results faster​

  • Import from anywhere. The Import results action now lives in the site header, so you can bring in lab results from elsewhere without hunting for it.
  • Preview before you import. Reviewing a PDF before importing is now clearer, with an improved preview.

What this means for you​

Consolidating your health history in one place is now a couple of clicks from any page.

2. A smoother way to buy​

  • Straight to your hub. Buy links now take you directly to your personal health hub, so purchasing and viewing results happen in the one place.
  • Checkout fixes. A round of buy-page fixes for a smoother path from cart to confirmation.

3. Medicare ordering refinements​

Following last month's launch of Medicare ordering, we refined the experience:

  • A cleaner signature step. The provider-signature dialog was redesigned and now shows a live PDF preview of how the signature appears on the referral.
  • Clearer ordering-doctor details. The ordering-practitioner information shown during ordering is tidier and easier to check.
